I sort of call myself the healthy hypocrite. I love all things health related, especially the natural kind of stuff, but I also love to eat sweets and junk food. *Sigh* The struggle is so REAL!!! It's all about balance, though, right? ;)

My health journey really started when I was about 14 years old. I began seeing a chiropractor because of some major hip/groin pain that made it difficult to even walk. Medical doctors didn't seem to be able to help me at all, unless you call prescribing insane amounts of ibuprofen help. I was still in pain, so my parents took me to my dad's chiropractor. And the rest is history. My life completely changed, and I've sought more natural alternatives to health ever since. :)
