This is the festive, and very healthy drink I made for St. Patrick's Day. Of course it can be made anytime of year and called anything you want - Shamrock Juice, Spring Green Juice . . . just whatever. :)
It is definitely an easy way to get more greens in your kids' diets!
- 2 gala apples
- 1 green apple
- 2 kiwi
- large handful of green grapes
- a few stalks of celery
- large handful of red leaf lettuce
- large handful of fresh spinach
*I don't always measure when juicing since sometimes I use what I have on hand. You can't really mess it up, though. :)
