For our family, it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without this yummy side dish! Thanks to Cindy, my mother-in-law, who introduced me to it. This is one of the sides I've been bringing to Thanksgiving feasts while living in Arizona for the past 7 years.
It is SO yummy and SO easy!
Hot Corn
What you'll need:
- 1 stick of real butter
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 2 cans of Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn (This type of corn is important!)
- 1 small can of chopped green chilies
Melt butter and cream cheese together in the microwave in an oven safe dish. Stir until smooth. Add corn and green chilies. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Heat in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
Enjoy!
