How to Make Delicious (sort-of-healthy) Pumpkin Dip
What you need:
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 16 oz. can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (I use Mountain High Whole Milk)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
What you do:
Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add pumpkin, yogurt, honey, and spices beating well until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Back to Nature Honey Graham Sticks are perfect for dipping!
*This dip is very addicting! I know this dip isn't exactly super healthy, but it's a lot healthier than the original version. I think Pumpkin Dip and Honey Graham Sticks make a fun, fall snack. :)
