Pin It Now!
One of my favorite sandwiches growing up was a peanut butter, honey and cheerio sandwich. I have passed on this lunch love to my kids, only I can't use peanut butter since one of my kids is highly allergic to peanuts.
My version is a bit different from the kind I used to eat. I think it's slightly healthier, too. So, if you are looking for some sandwich variety, you've got to give it a try!!
I use wheat bread, almond butter (sun butter for my peanut allergy kid), raw honey and "cheerios". (I use a brand from the healthy food section, but obviously regular cheerios would work, too!)

What a great idea!
Cute idea. My grandson is allergic to nuts, especially peanuts, so we are always trying to be inventive:) Come join me for What's On the Menu Wednesday. I would love to see you there.
